How to replace an upload with a different file
If you are still in the ordering phase, simply click on the grey cross on the right hand side of your file upload to remove the upload.
Now you can add a new file for the case and proceed to check out.
If you have already checked out and paid, and would like to update your files, please email them with your order number to info@dicerampc.co.zato request a file update for your case.
How do I get started with Di-Ceram Planning Centre’s online portal?
To get started, simple add a product to your cart, upload the indicated case files and head to check out where you will be promted to add your details to create an account.
You need to register an account to place orders on our website. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with a reminder of the details you entered.
Now you can log in to the My Account section and view your orders and order status.
How long does it take to receive my digital designs?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the case and whether we need to request additional / replacement case files. Typically, you can expect to receive your digital designs within 3-5 business days.
What file formats are accepted for case uploads?
We accept a variety of file formats, including STL, video JPEG, PNG, and PDF. Please ensure that your files are clear and detailed to facilitate accurate processing.
Can I track the progress of my case submissions?

Guide to Case File Uploads
Step 1: Prepare Case Files Ensure that your case files are prepared in the appropriate formats:
- 2D Smile Design: JPEG, PNG, PDF
- 3D Design: STL, PNG, JPEG
- Implant Stent Guide: STL, intra oral scan, 3D Design Planning (optional)
- Bite Splint: STL, OBJ, PLY
- Crown Lengthening Guide: Intra oral scan, CBCT Dicom, jpeg, png
Step 2: Select Service(s) Choose the specific service you require from our range of products and see the case upload buttons.
NOTE: For any manufactured products, you will first be required to have a design product, from which to proceed to manufacture.
Step 3: Upload Files: Click on the “Upload Case” button and select “Browse Files” to add the case files from your computer. Ensure that the files are named correctly (or rename them by clicking “Add Description” after you’ve uploaded your file. Click “Add to Cart”.
Step 4: Check Out: Complete your details for check out, payment and My Account creation. Pay for the order via the My GC and Goodx payment gateway. An invoice will be sent to you via email.
Step 5: Check email for My Account log on details After submission, you can track the progress of your case through the “My Cases” section of your account. You will receive notifications at each stage of the process.
Step 6: Receive Completed Designs Once your digital designs are complete, you will receive a notification and a download link / the case files will be sent to you from our lab team.
